Our batteries can be reused up to 1,200 times. saving you over R36,000 in disposable batteries over their lifetime.
Why Do You Need a Enerc Battery?
Alkalines Slowly Die in Your Device
Disposable batteries start losing voltage the moment you put them in. EnerC lithium-ion batteries holds a stable 1.5V output right until the end. Meaning your devices actually perform the way they're supposed to.
One Pack = 1200 Disposables
At 1,200 cycles, replacing a R30 pack of alkalines every time adds up to R8,000+ Worth of Disposables. This pack pays for itself within the first few months.
Lithium Doesn't Leak
Alkaline batteries corrode and leak inside devices. It's destroying remotes, torches, and toys. Lithium-ion batteries don't leak. Meaning your devices stay protected for the long run.
Always Ready When You Need It
Lithium-ion holds its charge for months in storage. No more dead batteries in the drawer.
Help Save The Planet 1 Battery At A Time
The average South African family throws away over 100 batteries a year.
They sit in landfills, leaking toxic chemicals into the soil and water for decades.
EnerC batteries can be used up to 1200 times. Drastically reducing waste & harm to our planet in the near future.

FAQ's
Are these worth the price compared to disposables?
A single pack of EnerC AA batteries recharges up to 1,200 times. At an average of R30 for a pack of disposables, that's R36,000 worth of batteries replaced by one R399.95 purchase. The maths isn't even close.
Do these work in all AA devices?
Yes. EnerC AA batteries output a stable 1.5V. The same as any standard AA battery. Remotes, torches, toys, clocks, cameras, game controllers. If it takes a AA, it takes an EnerC.
Do they lose power sitting in a drawer?
Barely. Lithium-ion holds its charge significantly longer than alkaline batteries, which slowly self-discharge even in storage. Grab them from the drawer six months later and they'll still have plenty of juice.
Why do my old rechargeable batteries die so fast?
Old NiMH rechargeables suffer from "memory effect". They gradually lose capacity if not fully drained before recharging. EnerC uses lithium-ion chemistry, which has no memory effect. Charge them whenever you want, from any level, without degrading their lifespan.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Your EnerC batteries are covered against any manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. If a battery fails under normal use. Such as not holding charge, not outputting correctly. We'll sort it out. Simply reach out via email or WhatsApp with your proof of purchase.
How long does a full charge take?
Roughly 2 hours from flat to full via any USB-C cable. Plug them into your phone charger, laptop, car charger, or power bank. Whatever's closest.
Can I return them if they don't work in my device?
We offer a 30-day return window. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll walk you through the process. No hassle.
Why does my remote feel sluggish with new alkaline batteries?
Alkaline batteries start losing voltage from the moment they're installed. Your device is technically "on" but running below optimal power. EnerC maintains a stable 1.5V output right until the battery is empty. This actaully has a big impact when you use gaming controllers that will increase in latency.
