Do these work in all AA devices?

Yes. EnerC AA batteries output a stable 1.5V. The same as any standard AA battery. Remotes, torches, toys, clocks, cameras, game controllers. If it takes a AA, it takes an EnerC.

Do they lose power sitting in a drawer?

Barely. Lithium-ion holds its charge significantly longer than alkaline batteries, which slowly self-discharge even in storage. Grab them from the drawer six months later and they'll still have plenty of juice.
