At EnerC, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for our customers across South Africa. We are proud to partner with The Courier Guy, a trusted shipping provider, to deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all regions within South Africa. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than usual.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to offer competitive and transparent shipping costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package through The Courier Guy's tracking system. You can track your order at any time to stay updated on its progress.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details or contact us for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by The Courier Guy or unforeseen circumstances but will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

8. Missed Deliveries & Returns

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, The Courier Guy will typically make another attempt or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection.
