Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on packaging, manufacturing batches and the display settings of the device used to view the website.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

EnerC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, stock discrepancy or other legitimate reason.

If EnerC cancels an order after payment has been received, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, refunds and defective-product claims are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

8. Product Warranty

EnerC rechargeable batteries carry a 1-year limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable South African law.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photographs and/or return of the affected product for assessment.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive or limit any rights that a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or other applicable South African law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right under applicable law, that mandatory legal right will prevail.
