1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available in stock. This ensures you secure your order in advance and guarantees delivery once the item is restocked.

2. Payment Terms

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This secures your product and reserves your spot in our inventory.

3. Estimated Shipping Dates

The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products will be stated on the product page and during checkout. While we strive to meet these dates, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Once the pre-ordered product becomes available, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Before Shipping: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the item has shipped. Please contact us at enquiries@enerc.co.za with your order details to request a cancellation.
• After Shipping: Once the pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

6. Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order (e.g., shipping address or item details), please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@enerc.co.za. Changes cannot be made once the item has shipped.

7. Communication

We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email. If there are any updates or changes, you will be notified promptly.
